1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gormeetcatlitter's website (gormeetcatlitter.com) and B2B services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. B2B Services Description

Gormeetcatlitter provides B2B cat litter manufacturing and OEM/ODM services. Our services include:

• Cat litter product supply (wholesale)
• Private label / OEM services (custom branding)
• Custom formulation (exclusive formulas)
• Packaging design and production
• Shipping and logistics support

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Orders are placed via inquiry form, email, or signed contract. A 30% deposit is required to start production. Balance (70%) is due before shipping.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept:
- Wire Transfer (T/T)
- Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders
- PayPal (for samples only)

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD, FOB Qingdao unless otherwise specified. Prices are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust prices for raw material cost fluctuations.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Lead Time

Standard lead time is 15-20 days after deposit receipt. Custom formulations may take 20-25 days. Shipping adds 15-20 days by sea.

4.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier (FOB terms) or upon arrival at destination port (CIF terms).

5. Quality and Returns

5.1 Quality Guarantee

All products undergo our 14-step process and 5-stage dedusting. Each batch comes with a test report. If product does not meet specifications, we will replace or refund.

5.2 Returns

Returns are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects (confirmed by test report)
- Shipping damage (with photographic evidence)
Return shipping cost is borne by buyer unless product is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

Custom formulations and packaging designs created for OEM/ODM clients are the client's intellectual property. Gormeet does not reuse or resell exclusive designs without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gormeet's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, business interruption).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shandong, China.
